Ingredients
- 2 lbs venison roast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix together garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Rub the venison roast with the mixture and place in a roasting pan.

Pour beef broth into the pan and cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and continue to bake for another hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
