Ingredients
- 1 pound rabbit meat, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups assorted vegetables (carrots, peppers, onions, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant.

Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper.

Pour sauce over the stir-fry, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and coats the meat and vegetables.
