- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked goose meat, shredded
Instructions
- Cook sweet potatoes in a pot of boiling water until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain sweet potatoes, return to pot, and add butter, heavy cream, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
- Fold in shredded goose meat and heat until warmed through.
- Serve hot.
