- 2 goose breasts, diced
- 4 quinces, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 1 tsp of salt
Instructions
