How To Make Goose and Brussels Sprouts Skillet Recipe
A savory and flavorful dish with tender goose and crispy Brussels sprouts.

Ingredients
- 1 lb goose breast, sliced
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season goose slices with thyme, salt, and pepper. Add to skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add Brussels sprouts to the same skillet and cook until tender and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.

Return goose slices to the skillet and toss with Brussels sprouts. Cook for another 5 minutes.
