Ingredients
- 1 lb of goose meat, diced
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp of thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pie crust
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.

Add in the goose meat and cook until browned.

Sprinkle flour over the meat, stirring for 2 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and stir for additional 2 minutes.

Add diced apples, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Pour the mixture into a pie crust, flatten the top, and place in oven.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
