How To Make Wok-fried Duck & Oyster Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 duck breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Steamed rice to serve
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add duck slices to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Remove duck from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp and tender.

Return the cooked duck to the wok and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the duck and vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the wok-fried duck and oyster sauce over steamed rice.
