Ingredients
- 1 whole duck
- 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon five-spice powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Score the duck’s skin with a sharp knife and season with salt, pepper, and five-spice powder.

Place the duck in a roasting pan and cook for 2 hours, or until the skin is crispy and golden.

In a small saucepan, heat the soy sauce and honey together until well combined.

Brush the sauce over the duck during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

In a separate saucepan, gently heat the clementine segments until warm.
