How To Make Bison and Vegetable Stir-Fry
A healthy and flavorful stir-fry made with lean bison meat and colorful veggies.

Ingredients
- 1 lb bison meat, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, cornstarch, and water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add bison meat and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Add garlic, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add snow peas and stir-fry for another minute.
- Return bison meat to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry for another minute or until sauce has thickened and evenly coats the meat and veggies.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
