Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, nuts, and coconut flakes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the maple syrup mixture over the oat mixture and stir until all the ingredients are combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
