How To Make Whole Grain Blueberry Pancakes
Fluffy and delicious pancakes made with whole grain flour and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole grain flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat egg and honey together. Add milk and mix well.

Gently combine wet and dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.

Fold in blueberries.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Serve with additional blueberries and maple syrup.
