Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked millet
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.

Add in the cooked millet, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into 4 patties.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
