How To Make Tabbouleh Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place bulgur wheat in a large bowl and pour boiling water over it. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes, or until tender.

Add tomato, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint to the bowl and toss to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss to coat.
