How To Make Bulgur and Spinach Casserole Recipe
A delicious and healthy casserole dish made with bulgur wheat and spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb fresh spinach
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add bulgur wheat, reduce heat, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until onion is translucent.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add cooked bulgur, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture into a casserole dish.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
