How To Make Bulgur and Feta Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Savory mushroom caps filled with bulgur, feta cheese and herbs. A perfect vegetarian appetizer.

Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil and add the bulgur wheat. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 12-15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked bulgur, feta cheese, parsley, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the bulgur mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through.

Serve hot and enjoy!
