How To Make Fried Green Tomato Recipe
Crispy, tangy and savory green tomatoes in every bite!

Ingredients
- 2 large green tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of cornmeal
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup of milk
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

Mix flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.

In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk together.

Dip a tomato slice in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg mixture, and back into the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Repeat with the remaining slices.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Fry the tomato slices for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
