Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the potato chunks in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, then drain.

Return the potatoes to the pot and shake vigorously to rough up the edges.

Place the potatoes in a large roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping once halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
