- 4 parsnips, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, combine the parsnips, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the parsnips are evenly coated.
