Ingredients
- 2 bunches of radishes, sliced
- 1 thumb-sized ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2 red chillies, sliced
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil until sugar and salt are dissolved.

Meanwhile, sterilize a glass jar by boiling it in water for 5 minutes.

Place radishes, ginger, and chillies in the sterilized jar.

Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the radishes, ginger, and chillies, ensuring they are fully submerged.
