Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced into thin coins
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Place the sliced carrots in a microwavable dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, fennel seeds, butter, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the honey mixture over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.

Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes, then stir the carrots.
