- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup of milk or cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the garlic cloves on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until soft and golden.
