Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

In a separate bowl, whisk cornstarch and water until it forms a smooth paste.

Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the sauce, whisking constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.

Remove from heat and let cool.
