How To Make Korean Gochujang Wing Sauce Recipe
A spicy, tangy sauce made with Korean gochujang for a delicious twist on traditional wing sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 lbs chicken wings, cooked
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, garlic, and water. Cook over medium heat until heated through.

In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1 tbsp water. Stir into the gochujang mixture and cook until thickened.

Toss cooked chicken wings with sauce and serve immediately.
