A spicy, tangy sauce made with Korean gochujang for a delicious twist on traditional wing sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 lbs chicken wings, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, garlic, and water. Cook over medium heat until heated through.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1 tbsp water. Stir into the gochujang mixture and cook until thickened.

  3. Toss cooked chicken wings with sauce and serve immediately.
