Ingredients
- 1 pound tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the tomatillos and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Drain and let cool.

In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked tomatillos, onion, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
