How To Make Vanilla Syrup Recipe

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla bean, and vanilla extract.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved and mixture has thickened.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.

Remove vanilla bean and transfer syrup to a glass jar for storage.
