Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring peaches, water, sugar, and lemon juice to a boil over medium heat.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.

Pour mixture into a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl, pressing mixture through.
