- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for desired spice level)
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, squid, etc.)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the onion is translucent and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and broth to the skillet. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
