Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of salt
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 lemon, sliced

In a large pot, combine water, salt, sugar, garlic, peppercorns, rosemary, and lemon slices. Stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.

Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the brine mixture over them. Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible.

Refrigerate the bag for at least 2 hours, or overnight for optimal flavor.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove the chicken breasts from the brine and pat them dry with paper towels.

Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
