How To Make Scallion Vinaigrette

With the right mix of spice & tang, this scallion vinaigrette is a great addition to your dressing selection. This sauce works with both veggies & meat.

  • 6scallions,pale and dark green parts only
  • 1jalapeno
  • 3tbspsherry vinegar
  • 3tbspwater
  • 1tsphoney
  • ¼cupcanola oil
  • 1tbspcanola oil
  • 3tbspcilantro,chopped
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the scallions, jalapeño, vinegar, water, and honey; gradually add the oil. Add the cilantro and pulse. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
