Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: extra olive oil, paprika, chopped parsley
Instructions

Rinse and drain the chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
