Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) of pumpkin puree
- 1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- salt, to taste
- olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions

In a food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, and salt.

Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
