Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen broad beans
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 100g goat’s cheese, crumbled
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

Cook the peas and broad beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a food processor, blend the peas, broad beans, minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the sourdough bread slices.

To serve, spread the pea and broad bean hummus onto the toasted sourdough slices. Top with crumbled goat’s cheese and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
