- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
