Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño pepper, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
