How To Make Harissa and Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
A spicy and flavorful pasta dish with a roasted red pepper and harissa sauce.

Ingredients
- 12 oz. pasta
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, roasted and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. harissa paste
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Crumbled feta cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, sauté the onion and roasted red pepper in olive oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add garlic, harissa, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add vegetable broth and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce.

Toss to coat and cook for a few minutes until heated through.

Serve with fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese.
