Ingredients
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, and black pepper.
