How To Make Brown Sugar and Pineapple Glazed Ham

Ingredients
- 1 (4-pound) bone-in ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

Place the ham in a roasting pan, fat-side up.

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, honey, and ground cloves.

Pour the glaze mixture over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.

Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

Every 15 minutes, baste the ham with the glaze from the bottom of the pan.

Remove the foil during the last 15 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize.

Once done, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
