- 10 tomatillos
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 small onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions

Remove the husks from the tomatillos and rinse them under water.

Place the tomatillos, jalapeno peppers, onion, and garlic in a pot of boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
