- 1 pound gluten-free breakfast sausage
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, whisk in the gluten-free all-purpose flour, cooking for about 1 minute to cook off the raw flour taste.

Slowly pour in the milk while continuing to whisk. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
