Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup roasted crickets
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Squeeze the juice of the lime over the avocados and mash them with a fork until desired consistency.
