- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup kumquats, halved and seeded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup water
- Zest of 1 orange

In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, kumquats, sugar, orange juice, and water.
