Ingredients
- 200g crab meat
- 2 medium-sized beetroots, cooked and peeled
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine the crab meat, cooked beetroot, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
