How To Make Chocolate Fondue & Toasted Marshmallow

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- Marshmallows, for toasting
- Assorted fruits and cookies, for dipping
Instructions

Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Transfer the chocolate fondue to a fondue pot or heatproof serving dish.

Toast the marshmallows over an open flame until golden brown and gooey.

Arrange the toasted marshmallows, fruits, and cookies on a platter.

Dip the marshmallows, fruits, and cookies into the warm chocolate fondue and enjoy!
