- 4 bulbs of black garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Peel the black garlic cloves and place them on a baking sheet.
