How To Make Balsamic Glaze
Balsamic vinegar is a good base condiment for any type of dish, may it be beef, pork, or poultry. In this recipe, we are going to make a balsamic glaze.

- 2cupsbalsamic vinegar
- ½cupbrown sugaroptional
Instructions

Heat balsamic vinegar and brown sugar in a small pot or saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to medium-low heat and let simmer, stirring occasionally until the vinegar thickens and is reduced to about ½ cup.

Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before serving for about 15 minutes.
