How To Make Avocado Peach Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1peach,ripe, diced
  • 1avocado,diced
  • 1jalapeño,minced
  • ½medium red bell pepper,chopped
  • ¼cupcilantro,packed, chopped
  • ½small red onion,finely chopped
  • ½lime,juiced
  • white wine vinegar,a drizzle
  • salt,to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss the peach, avocado, jalapeno, bell pepper, cilantro, and onion together in a bowl.

  2. Squeeze the lime and a drizzle of vinegar over the top. Toss, then add salt to taste.

  3. Serve with favorite chips, and enjoy!
