- 1peach,ripe, diced
- 1avocado,diced
- 1jalapeño,minced
- ½medium red bell pepper,chopped
- ¼cupcilantro,packed, chopped
- ½small red onion,finely chopped
- ½lime,juiced
- white wine vinegar,a drizzle
- salt,to taste
