  • 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Optional toppings: chopped parsley, paprika, or olive oil drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.

  4. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley, paprika, or drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Serve warm with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
