Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Optional toppings: chopped parsley, paprika, or olive oil drizzle
Instructions

In a food processor, add the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
