Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, ends trimmed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Szechuan peppercorns
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic, Szechuan peppercorns, and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the green beans to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil.

Pour the sauce over the green beans and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the beans are well coated in the sauce.
