- 2 cups dried pinto beans, soaked overnight
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Rinse the soaked pinto beans and place them in a slow cooker.

Add diced onions, minced garlic, jalapeno, cumin, paprika, and chili powder.

Pour in vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
