This recipe is a low-carb, healthy alternative to traditional shrimp tacos, using lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce, washed and dried
- Optional toppings: chopped avocado, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeno
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
